Unfortunately, you can't redownload purchased music tracks. Once you have downloaded a digital file, your order from RealPlayer Music Store is considered fulfilled. Because there are no refunds for purchased tracks, we recommend your music files to CD.

If your song download is interrupted, you can resume the download. From Music Store, click the Manage Account link (at the top right of any Music Store page) and log in to your account.

From the Manage Music Account page, look under Interrupted Downloads - You have had downloads interrupted.

If the download was unsuccessful, you will see it listed here. Click the name of the track or album (or click Download All of the above) to complete the download.

If the song you downloaded from RealPlayer Music Store has pops, skips, or snaps; crashes the RealPlayer; or plays only partially, it may help to clear out your temporary Internet files.
